Arrival at New Delhi
Valley of Flower Trek Tour begins with the arrival at New Delhi, where you will be received by one of the representatives of Xenium Holidays who will escort you to the pre-booked hotel to take some rest. Later on explore the hot spots of the capital city and its fabulous attractions which include Red Fort, Akshardham Temple, Lotus Temple, Chandni Chowk etc. Don’t forget to indulge in delicious Delhi Food which you never forget. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Rishikesh- Joshimath
Next morning leave the hotel room after breakfast drive on NH 58 via Decprayag, Rudraprayag, Chamoli to Joshimath which is 254.5 Km from Rishikesh. Upon arrival check into the pre-booked hotel and take some rest. If you want to visit then visit Narsingh temple and walk the streets of Joshimath to enjoy its pleasant weather. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
Joshimath- Govindghat- Ghangharia
Next morning leave the hotel room after breakfast and drive from Joshimath to Govindghat which is the base camp of the trek to Hemkund Sahib and Valley of Flowers. Upon reaching Govindghat start trekking to Ghangaria, situated on the banks of Alaknanda River. Cross the River Alaknanda continue walking towards the Bhundar Valley and pass through the beautiful villages of Pulna and Bhyunda. After 14 Km moderate trek reaches the Ghangaria in 4-5 hours. Check into the pre-booked hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Ghangaria-Valley of Flowers- Ghangaria
Next morning start your trek after breakfast embark on an exciting trek towards Valley of Flowers which is a little steep but easy. Set in the backdrop of Zanskar Ranges at an altitude of 14,400 ft, Valley of Flowers is majestically beautiful and blessed with several species of fauna along with rare and endangered species of animals and high altitude birds. After a moderate trek of 6 Km, you will reach it in 2 hours. Do enjoy the attractions such as snow-laden Ratban Parvat Peak, Nar Parvat and dense Birch Forest. Return to reach Ghangaria for dinner and overnight stay at your hotel.
Ghangaria - Hemkund Sahib – Ghangaria
Next morning post breakfast get ready for another blissful trek to Hemkund Sahib, a highly revered Sikh pilgrimage site and a popular trekking destination. Devotees from all corners of the world visit the Hemkund Sahib Gurudwara. Visit the sacred site and take a holy dip in the sacred lake. Return to Ghangaria for dinner and overnight stay.
Ghangaria - Govindghat - Joshimath
Wake up at next morning and after breakfast trek back to Govindghat and then drive back to Joshimath. Upon arrival, check in pre-booked hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Rishikesh-New Delhi
After morning breakfast check out the hotel for return journey towards Rishikesh. Upon arrival, check into the pre-booked hotel. If you have some leisure time, explore the nearby ashrams and Ganga Aarti. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at hotel
Post breakfast check-out from the hotel for the return journey to New Delhi.
